3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. A binding contract is only formed once DNA GOLD sends an official order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at checkout via our approved payment methods. You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

4. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect already-confirmed orders. We strive to keep all product descriptions, purity data, and certificates of analysis (CoAs) accurate, but do not warrant them to be entirely error-free. We reserve the right to update or correct listings at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only — DNA GOLD is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
For international orders, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides is legal in your country. DNA GOLD will not issue refunds for orders seized or refused by customs authorities due to local import restrictions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders once delivered.
If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Valid claims will be reviewed and, where approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Safe Handling & Storage

You are solely responsible for the proper handling and storage of all products purchased from DNA GOLD. All peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 4°C for short-term use unless otherwise stated. Always use appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, lab coat) when handling compounds. Keep all products away from children, food, and non-laboratory environments. Dispose of compounds in compliance with your local regulations for research chemicals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNA GOLD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website — including personal injury, illness, or death resulting from improper use or human consumption. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that specific order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence.
